At KIKI THE BRAND, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel must have the protective liner intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are still in place.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
